RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTICUS OF STREETS, AND/OR AVENUES I
AS LISTED BELOW.
IMEREAS in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of'Myrtle Slaton Addition No. 5 made arrangements
for the construction of paving improvements on certain streetiL,dedicated in
said subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of
the Subdivision plat of a ortion'of )yrtle Slaton Addition Noe 5, including
the :following streets and%or avenues:
47th'Street from its intersection with the East Line of Myrtle Slaton No. 5 Additi
to its intersection with the Vest Property Line of Knoxville Avenue, known and
designated as Unit Number N-S 71.
48thStreet from its intersection with a line 31t east of West Property Line of
Indiana Avenue to its intersection with the West .Property Line of Knoxville
Avenue, known and designated as Unit Number N-S 77•
Joliet Avenue from its intersection with a line 151 S. of South Property Line of
46th:lStreet to its intersection with a line 15' E. of North Property Line of 47th
Street, known and designated as Unit Number N-S 2.
Joliet Avenue from its intersection with &. line 15t S. of South Property Line of
47th''lStreet to its intersection with a line 151 N. 'of North Property Line of 48th
Strut, known and designated as Unit Number N-S 74.
Joliet Avenue from its intersection with aline 15t S. of South Property Line of
48th 'Street to its intersection with a line 2:5t S. of South Property Line of alley
south of 4tth Street, known and designated as Unit Number N-S 75.
Wj Indiana Avenue-Srbm its intersection with &;,.line 2.5t N. of North Property Line
of alley north of 48th Street to its intersection with aline 151 N. of-North
Property Line of 48th Street, known and 'designated as Unit Number N-S 76.
W2 Indiana Avenue from its intersection with a line 15t S. of South Property Line
of 48th'Street to its intersection with a line 2.51 S. of South Property Line of
alley S. of 48th Street, known and designated as Unit Number N-S 77.
46th Street from its intersection with the east line of Myrtle Slaton No. 5
Addition to its intersection with the West*Property Line of Knoxville Avenue,
known' and designated as Unit Number N-S 78.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above-
mentioned street was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and
said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have
been �eonstructed in accordance with city specifications and in accordance with
the provisions of City Ordinance 1331,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned street be,
and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and is hereby authorized
to direct payment of the. Cityts portion.

Gentlemen:
I have examined the paving improvements constructed by Warren
and Partell, Inc. under their :contract with the Subdivider of
Myrtle Slaton Addition No. 5 in accordance with Ordinance
No. 1331 and find that the improvements-on the street, desigmted
as New Subdivision Unit Dios. 71, 72, 73, 74, 75,. 76„ 77 and 78,
-� as listed on the attached final estimate sheeet, to have been
completed in accordance with plans and specification on said
street and avenues and recommend the payment to the contractor
the amount shown on the attached consolidated-final estimate
sheet as being due him from the City of Lubber
