A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING OFFER OF $50.00 TO BE MADE TO THE TRUE OWNERS
OF A 2,*FOOT WIDE STRIP OF LAND DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS IN THE BODY OF
THIS RESOLUTION AS A FINAL OFFER FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ALLEY PURPOSES OVER
SAID STRIP OF LAND; AND AUTHORIZING CITY ATTORNEY TO INSTITUTE CONDEMNATION
PROCEEDINGS TO ACQUIRE SUCH AN EASEMENT IN THE EVENT SUCH OFFER IS REJECTED.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCKs
SECTION 1. THAT the following described property being needed for
placement of utilities, :the Right-of-Way Agent for the City of Lubbock BE and
he is hereby authorized and directed to make an offer to the true ,owners of the
hereinafter described tract of ',3and of.$50.00 for an easea�nt for public alley
purposes through, over, under and across the following described tract of land,
to-wits
EEGINNiNG at a point 3510.0 feet East and 2295,62 feet
South of the Northwest Corner of Section Seventeen, `(17),
Block �OBes Lubbock County Texas; said point being the
Southwest Corner of a "3utdivision Plat" supplement to
'.Cain Terrace Addition to the City'of Lubbock, Lubbock
Countys Texas, .and said point also being the Southeast Cor-
ner of a tract of land conveyed to Cunard Heights, Inc. by
