cT RESOLUTION WHERCAS, the CityCommission has been requested ,by the abutting property owners on that part and portion of the north --south alley in Block 349 Original Town of Lubbock, lying south of the New Fourth Street light -of -way and north of CoF'�l, Fifth Street,to close and abandon`said'alley and quitclaim the Cityre interest to -�� the said abutting property owners; and, A� WHERUSI the City Commission 'finds' that except for a sewer pipeline lying within said alleyp said alley is not now being used nor will it be needed' -S in the future for alley purposes or any other, publia purpose and that it' sho'uld be closed and abandoned, reserving an easement for said sever lime, and should be conveyed to the abutting property owners, to -wit: the Lubbock Auto Compaws Inc , Rwhich said Compasay owns .all property abutting on said alley; NOWT, TEMUWOHEj i ME IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COWL'SSION OF THE CITY OF LOBBCCSs THAT the Mayor is hereby'authorised and direated to execute and deliver a quitclaim dead to the'Lubbock Auto Coq a � Inc. on that part and portion of the north -south alley an Block Fourteen (1LU Ortgiasl Town of Lubbook� Ldb �k County!
