RESOLUTION ACCEPTING INPROVEIgMS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS, AND/OR AVENUES
AS LISTED BELOW. i)
Copy to WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
C i ty Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Pink Parrish Addition made arrangements for the
Engineer construction of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said sub-
9-15-5 g division under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the
subdivision plat of a portion of Pink Parrish Addition, including the following
streets and avenues:
43rd Street from its intersection with the East Property Line of Peoria .Avenue to
its intersection with a line 31t West of the East Property Line of Quaker Avenue,
known and designated as New Subdivision Unit No. 5.
/+4th Street from its intersection with the East Property Line of Peoria Avenue to
its intersection with a line 311 West of the East Property Line of Quaker Avenue,
known and designated as New Subdivision Unit No. 5-A.
45th Street from its intersection with the East Property Line of Peoria Avenue to
its intersection with a line 311 West of the East Property Line of Quaker Avenue,
known and designated as New Subdivision Unit No. 5-B.
46th Street from its intersection with the East Property Line of Peoria Avenue to
. its intersection with a line 311 West of the East Property Line of Quaker Avenue,
known and designated as New Subdivision Unit No. 5-C.
Ei? of Quaker Avenue from a line 261 North of the South Property Line of 42nd
Street to its intersection with a line 5t North of the North Property Line of
43rd Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit No. 8.
E2 of Quaker Avenue from its intersection with a line 51 South of the South
Property Line of- 43rd Street to its intersection with a line 5' North of the North
Property Line of 44th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit No. 9.
E2 of Quaker Avenue from its intersection with a line 5t South of the South
Property Line of 44th Street to its intersection with a line 51 North of the North
Property Line of 45th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit No. 11.
Ef of Quaker Avenue from its intersection with a line 51 South of the South
Property Line of 45th Street to its intersection with a line 5' North of the North
Property Line of 46th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit No. 11-
E2 of Quaker Avenue from its intersection with a line 5t South of the South
Property Line of 46th Street to its intersection with a line 2.5t South of the
South Property Line the alley between 46th and 47th Streets, known and designated
as New Subdivision Unit No. 13.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the abovemention-
ed streets and avenues was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer,
and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have
been constructed in accordance with city specifications and in accordance with
the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS: I�I

That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets and
avenues be, and the same are hereby accepted.

This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS LOTH DAY OF SEPTEPMER, 1953.
