RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DIPROVEP�Z%'TS ON PORTIONS Or STREETS, AND/OR AVENUES
AS LISTED BELOW.
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Myrtle Slaton Addition No. 4 made arrangements
for the construction of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said
subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the
subdivision plat of a ortion of Myrtle Slaton Addition No. 4, including the
following streets and7or avenues:
46th Street from its intersection with a line 16t East of the East Property Line
of Indiana Avenue to a line 13t West of the West Property Line of Gary Avenue,
known and designated as New Subdivision Unit No. 14.
Hartford Avenue from its intersection with a line 15t South of the South Property
Line of 44th Street to its intersection with a line 151 North of the North Property
Line of 45th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit No. 15 A.
Hartford Avenue from its intersection with a line 15t south of the south property
line of 45th Street to a line 15' North of the North Property Line of 46th Street,
known and designated as New Subdivision Unit No. 15-B.
Hartford Avenue from its intersection with a line 151 south of the South Property
,... Line of 46th Street to its intersection with a line 13t North of the North Property
Line of 47th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit No. 15-0.
Joliet Avenue from its intersection with the South Property Line of 44th Street to
its intersection with a line 151 North of. the North Property Line of 45th Street,
known and designated as New Subdivision Unit No. 16.
Joliet Avenue from its intersection with a line 15' South of the South Property
Line of 45th Street to its intersection with a line 151 North of the North
Property Line of 46th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit No.16-A.
The East 2 of Indiana Avenue from its intersection with a line 15t North of the
North Property Line of 47th Street to its intersection with a line 15t North of the N
North Property Line of 46th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit No. 17.
Indiana Avenue from aline 151 South of the South Property Line of 44th Street
(West Leg) to its intersection with a line 15t North of the North Property Line
of 45th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit No. 18.
Indiana Avenue from its intersection with a line 15t South of the South Property
Line of 45th Street to its intersection with a line 151 North of the North Property
Line of 46th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit No. 19.
45th Street from its intersection with a line 151 East of the East Property Line
of Knoxville Avenue to its intersection with a line 131 Test of the West Property
,- Line of Gary Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit No. 20.
AND WHEREAS, the constructionof the above improvements on the above—
mentioned streets and/or avenues was performed under the supervision of the City
Engineer, and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and
found to have been constructed in accordance with city specifications and in
accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets
and avenues be, and the same are hereby accepted.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage*
