' RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVENELTS ON PORTIOLS OF STREETS AND/OR AVENUES
" AS LISTED BELOW:
^HEREAS, the City of Lubbock passed resolutions on the 9th day of October,
►. 1952, on the 23rd day of April, 1953, on the 26th day of May, 1953, and on the
llth day of June, 1953 authorizing the construction of street improvements on
portions of various streets and/or avenues in said City including among others
the following:
Joliet Avenue from its intersection with the South Property Line of 42nd Street to
its intersection with the North Property Line of 43rd Street, known and designated
as Unit Number 1452.

Joliet Avenue from its intersection with the South Property Line of 43rd Street to
its intersection with the North Property Line of 44th Street, known and designated
as Unit Number 1453.
42nd Street from its intersection with the West Property Line of Knoxville Avenue
to its intersection with the Fast Property Line of Indiana Avenue, known and
designated as Unit Number 1439.
43rd Street from its intersection with the West Property Line of Knoxville Avenue
t to its intersection with the East Property Line of Indiana Avenue, known and
designated. as Unit Number 1454.
44th`Street from its intersection with the West Gutter Line of Knoxville Avenue to
its intersection with the East Property Line of Indiana Avenue, known and
designated as Unit Number 1455,
35th Street from its intersection with the East Property Line of Joliet Avenue to
its intersection with the East Property Line of Indiana Avenue, known and
designated as Unit Number 1440.
Geneva Avenue from its intersection with the South Property Line of 27th Street to
its ntetzection with the North Property Vine of 28th Street, known and designated
as,Unit Number 1515.
44th .Street from its intersection with a line 19' west of East Property Line of
Boston Avenue to its intersection with the West Gutter Line of College Avenue,
known and designated as Unit Number 1517.
Flint Avenue from its intersection with the South Property Line of 36th Street to
its intersection with the North Property Line of 37th Street, known and
designated as Unit Number 1526.
47th Street from its intersection with a line 311 west of the Fast Property Line
of Indiana Avenue to its intersection with the East Property Line of Gary Avenue,
known and designated as Unit Number 1529.
38th Street from its intersection with the East Property Line of Hartford Avenue
to its intersection with the East Gutter Line of Indiana Avenue, known and
designated as Unit Number 1514•
44th Street from its intersection with a line 16 ft. East of East Property Line of
Indiana (South Leg) to its intersection with the West Gutter Line of Gary Avenge,
known and designated as Unit Number 1518.
38th Street from its intersection with the west Gutter Line of Boston Avenue to
its intersection with the East Gutter Line of Canton Avenue, known and
designated as Unit Number 1530.
' AND WiLEREA5, the improvements upon the said portion of the abovementioned
streets and avenues, have been inspected and found to have been constructed by
Warren and Purtell, Inc., according to the approved plans and specifications.
TEMHORE, BE IT RrSOLV-;D BY ME CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS:
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets and
avenues be, and the same are hereby accepted.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be: in force from and after its passage.
PASSED ARID APPROVED THIS 13TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1953.
