YUW THEZEFORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CGLUSSION OF THE CITY OF -i" LUBBOCK: THAT on all streets designated City of Lubbock Ordinance No. � g by Y 1177;as 'I Right-Of-Way Streets and on the following planned Right-Of-Way Streets, to-wit: (1) 38th Street, between Slide Road and Quirt Avenue. (2) 42nd Street, between Slide Road and College Avenue, and between Avenue U and Quirt Avenue. (3) 50th Street, for the entire length within the Corporate Limits. (4) Quaker Avenue, from 34th Street south to the City Limits. (5) Memphis Avenue, from 19th Street south to the City Limits. (.6) Flint Avenue, from 42nd Street south to the City Limits. (7) Auburn Street, from College Avenue West to the City Limits. (8) Quirt Avenue, for the entire length within the Corporate Limits. (9) Indiana Avenue, from kth Street to the Clovis Road. (10) 58th Street, from Avenue P west to the Corporate Limits and from Avenue A east to the Corporate Limits. the City of Lubbock shall, on such streets abutting property zoned for residential uses, bear the entire cost of the additional paving width required in excess of 30 feet; this cost to be borne is in addition to the normal parti- cipation by the City, and THAT, on such streets abutting property zoned for commercial or indus- trial uses, the City of Lubbock shall bear the entire cost of the additional paving width required in excess of 55 feet; this cost to be borne is in addition to the normal participation by the City, and THAT, vrhen it is necessary to widen existing pavement on these Right-Of- Way Streets, this policy shall not apply and the proportionate cost to be borne by the City and Property Owners shall be determined by the City Commission. On motion of Commissioner Carpenter , seconded by Commissioner 11orris a the foregoing Resolution was passed this 24th day of July , 1952, by the following vote: Commissioners voting "YEAS': Norris, Carpenter, Thomas and Mayor Tripp Commissioners voting "NAY": None t Murrell ..
