WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the City of Lubbock has heretofore ordered that portions of the streets, highways, avenues and/or alleys be improved by grading, installing concrete curb and gutter and paving with caliche base and quadruple asphalt surface together with incidentals and appurtenances and arrangements therefore have been made and entered into by the City of Lubbock, Texas with Warren and Purtell, Inc., Contractor, and, IdMREAS, the Governing Body of the City of Lubbock has caused the City Engineer to prepare and file estimates of the cost of such improvements and estimates of the amounts per front foot to be assessed against abutting property and the owners thereof, and such estimates have been prepared and examined; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM4ISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS I. Such estimates be and they are hereby adopted and approved. II.
