HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 091851A - Revoke R#082851A On Offer Made To Alex Mcdonald For 19Th St Project - 09_18_1951 i / RESOLUTION WHEREAS, on August 28, 1951, this Commission by its resolution duly passed,authorized, as shown by said resolution, an offer to be made to Alex McDonald for various tracts of land for the purpose of widening and extending 19th;Street according to the descriptions of said tracts a� numbered in said resolution, and it is now found that the said Alex McDonald has refused the offer therein authorized, and in addition thereto that the `descriptions were erroneous, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY.COMMISSION OF THE :CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT, said Resolution passed on the 28th day of August, 195.1, BE, and the same is hereby in all things revoked. e -�t_�� The City Secretary is authorized and directed to note this revocation ` ` '"` -' in writing upon the margin of said Resolution.
