HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 021551A - Authorization To Execute Lien Upon Payment - Alta Vista Acres Addition - 02_15_1951 • _ OZt 55 t RESOLUTION WHEREAS. the City. of Lubbock holds a valid paving lien against the East 140 feet of Lot One (1), Block Three (3), Alta Vista Acres, an addi- tion to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, and the owner, Leila Ashford, a widow, desires to convey a portion of said lot free of any encum- brances and to pay an equitable portion, to-'wit: $203. 64, to the.City of Lubbock to release the lien against the hereinafter described portion of said lot, the City to retain a lien against the remaining portion of said lot, which the City Commission deems to be adequate security for the balance due, THEREFORE, nj- o (i*�a�-�•! " BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE;CITY OF LUBBOCK THAT, upon payment of the sum of $203. 64 to the. City of Lubbock Cr P.
