WHERWs the City Commission has approved appraisals by Glen Hesse
Wylie Puckett, and Robert W. Wright for the widening of 19th Street between Ave-
nue H and the Panhandle and south Plains main line track; THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY =1=ION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT, the hereinafter mentioned appraisal has in all things been ap-
proved., and,
THAT, Clyde F. Elkins Estate, et al, or the true owner and all persons
in interest in the following described property, to wits Lots 11 and 12, Block
17, Wheelocks 2nd Addition,.be offered by the Right-of--Way Agent the total sum of
$530,00 for said property, including all damages accruing to the owners, with
possession delivered to the City free and clear of any and all liens, encumbrances,
or claims of arq nature,
On motion of Commissioner Hu.fstedler , seconded by Commissioner
r7o�°ris the foregoing Resolution was unanimously passed by the City
Commission this 17t h day of janupry , J A.D., 1951.
