HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 122850A - Re-Plat - Miller Stevens Add - Use By COL Required Until Water_Sewer Available - 12_28_1950 `.-- ---J2 RESOLUTION 12-28-50 WHEREAS, the owners of property in the Miller-Stevens Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, desire to re-plat their property in this addition from the south boundary line of 36th street to the south boundary line of this addition, AND WHEREAS, it is evident that it will be several months before City Water and Sewer Service is available in the proposed newly platted alleys due to the necessity of constructing trunk lines. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C010 ISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, C � That the well, well house, water lines, shop building, trailer house, fences and other property inclosed within the 15 feet of dedication required for a proposed 50 foot street to be known as 37th Street, off of the South side of Tract 1, Block 4 of the present Miller-Stevens Addition, may remain in place and unencumbered use will be allowed by the City, until such time as water and sewer service is available in the alley behind the property provided the owners o Tract l' duly execute the replat.
