RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Leroy Yaeger, of 2024 Clovis Road, was inadvertently
charged with reckless driving of an automobile, and he paid a Fifteen ($15. 00)
Dollar fine in the Corporation Court under the impression that thecharge may
I have been against his wife, and thereby secured his release, but thereafter
an investigation was made and the officer iasufVg�the ticket acknowledged error
in recording the License Number ,of the car, and that a mistake had been made,
and the circumstances having been duly presented to the :City Commission, it
is of the opinion that the fine should be remitted, THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF I
LUBBOCK.
SECTION 1. THAT, the Fifteen ($15. 00) Dollar fine paid by Leroy Yaeger
in the Corporation Court, in Cause .No. 149688 on the docket of said Court, be
j' remitted to the said Leroy Yaeger.
On motion of Commissioner Hufstedler , seconded by
Commissioner Davis , the foregoing Resolution was duly passed
this,19th day of October, 1950.
