RESOLUTION
O RESOLUTION ACCEPTING INMOPFHTS OR NORTH AND SOUTH ALLEY IN
BLOCK 212, ORIGINAL TOWN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS AND ANOTHER
ALLEY IN SAID CITY BEREINAFTER ENUbMRATED AND DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE AND
DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF SPECIAL ASSESSNENTS LEVIED.
WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock heretofore entered into a contract
with the Panhandle Construction Company g for making and construction of
certain improvements on the following named alleys to—wit:
North and South Alley in Block 212, Original Town Addition to the
City of Lubbock, Texas, ]mown and designated as Unit No. A-180.

East and West Alley in Block 100, Original Town Addition to the
City of Lubbock, Texas, known and designated as Unit No. A-102.
' WHEREAS, such improvements have been completed upon said portions
of said alleys and have been inspected and found to be complete in accordance
with the contract therefor.
, , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF'COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS, THAT
1.
The improvements on said portions of said alleys be, and they are
hereby accepted and the contract with reference to the construction of such
improvements round and declared to be completed and performed.
11.
The Mayor bei and he is hereby directed to'issue and execute in the
name of the City, certificates in evidence of the special assessment levied
against abutting property, and the owners thereof for such improvements, and
the City Secretary is ;directed to execute same and impress thereon the Corporate
Seal, all in accordance with the, proceedings relating to such improvements and 1,
assessments; such certificates shall be delivered to said Company.

This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage..
