WHEREAS the Governing Body of the City of Lubbock has here- tofore ordered that portions of the streets, avenues and alleys be im- proved by grading,' installing concrete curb and gutter and paving with caliche base and quadruple asphalt surface together with incidentals and appurtenances, and arrangements therefore have been made and enter- ed into by the City of Lubbock, Tess, Contractor, and, WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the City of Lubbock, has caused the City Engineer to prepare and file estimates of the cost of such im- pro4enents and estimates of the amounts per front foot proposed to be assessed against abutting property and the owners thereof, and such estimates have been prepared and examined; THEREFORE', BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CONMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS i Such estimates be and they are hereby adopted and approved.
