BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMAISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
That the Taxi and Traffic Rules for the Lubbock Municipal Air-
port, attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, are here-
by approved, and,
That E. L. Colby, the Airport Manager, is hereby directed to
promulgate and enforce these rules and regulations.
On motion of Commissioner Sikes_,w, seconded by Commissioner
Hufsted LIE_, the foregoing Resolution was unanimously passed by
an affirmative vote of the City Commission this the day of
October, 1949.

III. TRAFFIC RULES
a. All aircraft in Mitt bElnw M00' above the surface within

hand traffic and With the fall^wing rules and the traffic
diagrams showmen the attachtd "Traffic Pattern Chart" unless
ntherydve authorized by Lubb^ck Tower.
