BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COIWISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCBr
That W. H. Rodgers, Mayor, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute
the original release, a copy of which is hereto attached, in favor of M. E. Tex,
releasing Lots or Tracts 9, 10# Il, 12 and 13, Tew Subdivision, Blocks 47 and 48,-
Roberts & McWhorter Addition to the City of Lubbock, Texas, as a cloud on the title
to said Lots or Tracts exist due to the fact that said Lots do not abut Second
el Street, but on the contrary abut Avenue I except ,for Lot 13 which abuts neither
$ V Second Street or Avenue X. said release expressly stating that by agreement with
the owner of Lots. l, 2, 3, 4, S and S which abut Second Street, that the lien created
'.{ /W by Ordinance No. 893 passed January 13, 1949 under Unit No. 726 remains unimpaired
-- and in full force and effect. ,

the foregoing Resolution was duly passed by an affirmative vote of the City Com-
