Haroold-Wil ar Assistant City Attorney HW:js/QCD-FW.RES/D1-Ag*naa August 12, 1992 Resolution No. 3956 September 10, 1992 Item #27 QUITCLAIM DEED THE STATE OF TEXAS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LUBBOCK THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Rule Municipality in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND N0/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to GRANTOR paid by FLOY WILLIAMS, here- inafter called "GRANTEE," the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE and FOREVER QUITCLAIM unto the said GRANTEE," all of its rights, title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit: Lot 75D, Subdivision Puckett Suburban Homes, City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, otherwise known as 2800 block of E. 16th Street, Lubbock, Texas.
