BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.

That, 1. R. Prias* Mayor;/ of the City of Lubbock, Texas, BE and he is hereby
authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock any and all instru-
ments necessary and incidental; and relating to Treasury Department requirements,
with special reference to securing tax free alcohol for use by the City Health
Officer of the City of Lubbock.
