HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2019-R0113 - Urban Renewal Agency - Warranty Deed - 04/09/2019 Resolution No. 2019-RO113 Item No. 7.5 April 9, 2019 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a General Warranty Deed associated with certain real property located in Lot Eight (8), Block Sixteen (16), Guadalupe Addition in Lubbock County, Texas, by and between the City of Lubbock and the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Lubbock, and all related documents. Said General Warranty Deed is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council.
