WHEREAS, Section 102.010 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas Ees the City Council to make changes in the budget for municipal purposes; and WHEREAS, in accordance with the City Budget Ordinance the City Council shall all transfers between funds and departments; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it advisable to change the FY 2014-15 Budget municipal purposes and reallocate funds as follows; NOW, THEREFORE, IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. THAT the City Council of the City of Lubbock hereby approves > to the City of Lubbock Budget FY 2014-15 (Budget Amendment #11) for municipal :s, as follows: I. Amend Capital Improvement Project 92171, LAH Water Treatment Plant and Terminal Reservoir by decreasing the funding by $2,343,711, from $60,700,000 to $58,356,289. II. Amend Capital Improvement Project 92312, Bailey County Wellfield Disinfection System, by changing the funding source from $2,500,000 FY 2015 Water Revenue Certificates of Obligation to $2,500,000 FY 2010 Water Revenue Certificates of Obligation. III. Amend Capital Improvement Project 92397, Pump Station 10, by changing the funding source from $1,000,000 FY 2015 Water Revenue Certificates of Obligation to $1,000,000 FY 2010 Water Revenue Certificates of Obligation. IV. Amend Capital Improvement Project 91034, Water Line Replacement, by changing the funding source from $500,000 FY 2015 Water Revenue Certificates of Obligation to $500,000 FY 2010 Water Revenue Certificates of Obligation. V. Amend Capital Improvement Project 91035, Water Lines Ahead of Street Pavings, by changing the funding source from $250,000 FY 2015 Water Revenue Certificates of Obligation to $250,000 FY 2010 Water Revenue Certificates of Obligation. VI. Close Capital Improvement Project 90141, South Lubbock Storm Sewer, and utilize $285,847 to pay for Storm Water principal payment on 2008 TX&WW Certificates of Obligation. Move the remaining $2,257,726 unspent bond proceeds to Sewer Capital Improvement Project 92221, Northwest Water Reclamation Plant along with corresponding debt, premium, and bond issuance costs from the Storm Water Fund to the Wastewater Fund. VII. Amend Capital Improvement Project 92221, Northwest Water Reclamation Plant, by changing the funding source from $53,000,000 FY 2015 Wastewater Revenue Certificates of Obligation to $2,789,098 FY 2011 Wastewater Revenue Certificates of Obligation, $2,257,726 FY 2008 Wastewater Revenue Certificates of Obligation, and $47,953,176 FY 2015 Wastewater Certificates of Obligation. VIII. Amend Capital Improvement Project 92394, Street Intersection Drainage Improvements, by changing the funding source from $50,000 FY 2015 Storm Water Revenue Certificates of Obligation to $50,000 FY 2012 Storm Water Revenue Certificates of Obligation. IX. Amend Capital Improvement Project 92289, 98th Street — University to US 87, by reducing the FY 2015 Gateway Streets Revenue Certificates of Obligation by $1,615 and increasing the FY 2009 Gateway Streets Revenue Certificates of Obligation by $1,615. X. Amend Capital Improvement Project 92259, Fire Station 19, by reducing the FY 2014 Tax Supported Revenue Certificates of Obligation by $5,434, and increasing the 2012 General Obligation bonds by $5,434. XI. Amend Capital Improvement Project 92307, Animal Shelter Expansion, by reducing the FY 2015 Tax Supported Revenue Certificates of Obligation by $5,434, and increasing the FY 2014 Tax Supported Revenue Certificates of Obligation by $5,434. XII. Amend Capital Improvement Project 91038, Sewer Line Replacement, by decreasing the funding by $400,000, from $2,430,000 to $2,030,000. XIII. Amend Capital Improvement Project 92178, South Lubbock Sanitary Sewer System Expansion Phase I, by decreasing the funding by $95,166, from $26,900,000 to $26,804,834. XIV. Amend Capital Improvement Project 91003, Bailey County Wellfield Improvements, by decreasing the funding by $14,000,000, from $18,985,583 to $4,985,583. XV. Amend Capital Improvement Project 92174, Northwest Lubbock and Maxey Park Project, by decreasing the funding by $18,000,000, from $59,950,000 to $41,950,000. SECTION 2. THAT a copy of the changes made to the City of Lubbock Budget It to this Ordinance shall be filed with the City Secretary and County Clerk of k as required by law. SECTION 3. THAT should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this Ordinance be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, the remainder of this Ordinance shall not be affected thereby.
