RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the City Council hereby accepts, on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a Street
Dedication Deed from Max I -lector and Teresa Hector of Lubbock, Texas, for certain real
properly located in Section 22, Block AK, Lubbock County, Texas, and related documents.
Said Street Dedication Deed is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully
set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council.
