BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS: section 1, That in the interest of the publio welfare, safety and benefit, the alley running Borth and South through Block No. Se-yen.ty Fi·ve ( 75) of the Original Town o:t ~bboek, ~bbook County, Texas, tor a distance of Eighty (80) teet, beginning at the Borth line ot said Block No. Seventy Five (75), and extending to the right-of-way ot the Panhandle ' Santa Fe Railway oo., ought to be closed and ~aoated. Seotion 2, Tbat said Alley to-wit: the alley running Korth a.11d South throush Block No. ~eYe.11t.1 Five (75), Original Town of ~bbook, ~bboclc County, Texas, besinning at the Borth line of said Block lo. Seventy Five (75) and extend1.11! Se~enty Five(1o), Original Town of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, according to the map thereof on file in the County Clerk'l office of said county, with the exception of a tractional part thereof, which is owned and used by the Panhandle art4 Santa Fe Railway Company. Your petitioner owns all of tha' part of Block Bo. Which plat shows that said oil and Refining company's property is located on east and west of alley running north and south thru said Block 75, being the only alley shown in said block.
