LGB:yb ORDINANCE NO. 1o~1 S'kJ, ~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 6289 OF THE CITY OF &:~~"r;; LUBBOCK: ZONE CASE NO. 1791-B, FOR A TRACT OF LAND OUT OF SECTION /fl 6, BLOCK E-2, CITY OF LUBBOCK, LUBBOCK COUNTY, TEXAS. BY AMEND-p(J· ING THE SITE PLAN MADE A PART THEREOF; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION. WHEREAS, the City Council finds that after all notices have been given and hearings held as provided by law, that it is in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Lubbock to make the change in the z.oning law as hereinafter set for th: NOW THEREFORE: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. THAT Zoning Ordinance No. 6289 of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby amended so that the site plan made a part thereof shall be revised as follows: A. An additional driveway opening shall be permitted onto Englewood Avenue as shown on the revised site plan approved by the City Council on '.April 27 .. 1978. SECTION 2. THAT the amendment made in Section 1 hereinabove shall apply only to the property described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point which bears West a distance of 1566. 25 feet and North a distance of 180 feet from the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Block E-2, Lubbock County, Texas; THENCE West a distance of 316. 31 feet; THENCE Northwesterly around a curve to the right. said curve having a radius of 1145. 92 feet, a delta angle of 5 °51122'1, a chord distance of 117. 07 feet, and tangent lengths of 58. 61 feet; THENCE East a distance of 300. 16 feet; THENCE Southeasterly around a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 617. 07 feet. a delta angle of 4°0313411 , a chord distance of 43. ?tl feet, and .ta:rigen.t ·l,~lis of 21. 87 feet to a point of reverse curvature; THENCE Southeasterly around a curve to the right., said curve having a radius of 557. 07 feet, a delta angle of 7°59102". a chord distance of 77. 56 feet, and tangent lengths of 38. 88 feet., to the Place of Beginning. SECTION 3. THAT should any paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this Ordinance be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, the remainder of this Ordinance shall not be affected thereby. ..
