ORDINANCE NO. 7 480
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7084 OF THE CITY OF
LUBBOCK BY AMENDING CONFLICTING PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR
CA, C-2A, C-2. C-3, AND C-4 ZONE DISTRICTS; PROVIDING A SAVINGS
CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
WHEREAS, The City Council finds that after all notices have been
given and hearings held as provided by law, that it is in the best interest of
the citizens of the City of Lubbock to make the changes in the zoning law as
hereinafter set forth; NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. THAT Ordinance No. 7084 of the City of Lubbock BE and
is hereby amended by reserving Section 13. 12-1-7 and adding a new section
which shall read as follows:
1113. 12-1-10 All permitted uses not listed above--one (1)
space for each one hundred fifty (150) square feet of floor
!t area.
SECTION 2. THAT Ordinance No. 7084 of the City of Lubbock BE and
is hereby amended by reserving Section 15. 12-1-8 and adding a new section
which shall read as follows:
1115. 12-1-14 All permitted uses not listed above--one (1) space
for each one hundred fifty (150) square feet of floor area. 11
SECTION 3. THAT Ordinance No. 7084 of the City of Lubbock BE and
is hereby amended by reserving Section 16.12-1-2 and adding a new section
which shall read as follows:
1116. 12-1-7 All permitted uses not listed above--one (1)
space for each one hundJ::.ed seventy five (175) square feet
of gross floor area. 11
SECTION 4. THAT Ordinance No. 7084 of the City of Lubbock BE and
is hereby amended by reserving Section 17.12-1-2 and adding a new section
which shall read as follows:
1117.12-1-9 All permitted uses not listed above--one (1)
space for each one hundred seventy five (175) square feet
of gross Door area. n
SECTION 5. THAT Ordinance No. 7084 of the City of Lubbock BE and
is hereby amended by reserving Section 19.13-1-2 and adding a new section

"19. 13-1-15 All permitted uses not listed above and having
neit,"1er warehousing nor outside storage--one (1) space for
each one hundred seventy five (175) square feet of gross
floor area. 11
SECTION 6. THAT should any paragraph, sentence. clause. phrase
or word of this Ordinance be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any
reason, the remainder of this Ordinance shall not be affected thereby.
SECTION 7. THAT the City Secretary is hereby authorized to cause
publication of the descriptive caption of this Ordinance as an alternative
method provided by law.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
