AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING MECKKNICAL TRAFFIC CONTROL

C JLL GE AVENUE AT THE IKTER$ECTBDN OF ]BROADWAY ,STREET.
WHEREAS, the suspended mechanical traffic control light at the
intersection of College Avenue and 1Broa.d*a.y street in the City of LI bb_oek,
Texas:, is difficult to see,' during certain periods of the daylight hours, and,
WHERE", ped..estrians do not observe the said arrow directional
lights at the inters"eetion' and,
WHEREAS, the vel�icul.ar and pedestrian traffic can be better controlled
" '-if the mechanical traffic_ ontrol light is removed from overhead ane replaced
by four signal lights, one on each corner of the said intersection, THX'REI�ORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF 'T E CITY OF LUBBOCK
