' SIXTEE_4TH STREET; from and including the intersection thereof with Avenue X, to its intersection with the vast property line of College jAvenue, known and designated as Unit or District No. 10. WHER EA3, the improvements upon the said portions of Avenue x, and Sixteenth Street have been completed and have been inspected and found to have been constructed in accordance with the terms of said contract; and, College Avenue, known and designated as Urdt or District No. 7, and, T—CREA3, the improvements upon the said portions of Nineteenth Street have been completed and have been inspected and found to have been constructed in accordance with the terms of said contract; and, WHEREAS, said Panhandle Construction Company has this day filed with the City its bond for the maintenance and repair of such im- provements in accordance with Parfgraph XII of said contract, and such bonds, together with the Surety thereon, have been examined proved: and ap- THEREFORE, BE IT RE3OLYED BY THE, CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS: 1. That the improvements on said portions of Nineteenth Street be and the same are hereby accepted. 11. That the 1layor and City Secretary be and they are hereby instruct- ed to execute and deliver to the Contractor certificates in evidence of the assessments levied .gainst the parcels of property abutting upon the said portions of Nineteenth Street, and against the owners of such property in the manner provided in said contract, and the proceedings with reference to said improvements and assessments. 111. That the said bond, together with the surety thereon, be and the same are hereby in all resl.ects accepted and approved. 1V.
