Crummer Company, jallas. Texas, for the refunding of all uutstaading waterworks
f_ve percent bonds dated -'ebruary 15, 1911, and all sewer five percent bonds
dLted -'ebruary 15, 1911. Said Brown-urummer Uompany to furnish all funds ne-
cessary to take up :said 'bonds at the place or places where they were made PAY -
able and to accept in lieu thereof the City's four and one-half percent serial
bonds as described, in said contract and on terms stated therein.
