# 133, O.T.,have been completed and have been inspected and found to
have been constructed in accordance with the terms of said ccntrect;
and,
WHEREAS, said Panhandle Construction Com? any has this day filed with
the City its bond for the maintenance and repair of such improtements
in accordance with iaragraph XII of said contract, and such bonds,
toR,ether wit'.. the Sur--ty thereon, have been examined and arproved.
THEREFORE, B3 IT RESOLVED BY THE CITYOF LUBBOCL, TEX-43:
I.
That the improvements on said Last & 'rest Liley in Block 7 133, C.T.
be and the same are hereby accepted.
II.
That the 7Lyor vine City Secretary be ::nd they are hereby instructed
to execute and deliver to the contractor certificates in evidence of
the assesments levied against the parcels of rroperty abutting upon the
said portions of mast & West Alley in :lock 1 133, 0 T. and against the
owners of such property in the manner provided in said contract and the
proceedings with reference to said improvements and assessments.
III.
That the said bonds, together with the -jurety thereon, be and the
same are hereb;; in all resrects accented and approved.
IV.
Ttis resoluticn shall take effect and be in force from anz after its
passage.

with ranhandle Construction Company for the making and construction
of street improvements on por ions of numerous stre is and n_laces in
said city, including, amonz others the following:

the North property line of twentieth Street, known and designated
as Unit or i)istrict No. 24.
WHERRr3, the improvements upon the sr.id portions of -1 liana -venue
have been completed and have been inspected and found to ht.ve been
constructed in accordance with the terms of said contract; and,
WHFPEA3, said Panhandle uonstruction company has t'r.is day filed with
the city its bonds for the mainten& nee and repair of such improvements
