WHr;REAS, the improvements upon the said vast and ;lest Alley in !,look # 133, O.T.,have boon completed E-nd have been inspected and found to ' have been constructed in accordance with the terms of said contract; and. '7HEIREAS, said Panhandle Construction Com?any has this day filed with the City its bond for the maintenance and repair of such .improvements in accordance with ParaprbLph XII of said contract, and such bonds, together with the Surety thereon, have been examined Lud approved.
