HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 110133 - Partially Remitting Penalty, Interest & Costs On All Delinquent Taxes - 11/01/1933RESOLUTION PARTIALLY REMITTING PENALTY, INTEREST AND COSTS ON ALL DELINgUENT TAXES ON CONDITION PAYMPNT MADE ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 319 1934. At a Regular Meeting of the City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, a quorum being present, it was moved by Commissior_er J.C. Royalty, seconddd by Commissioner J.F. Bacon, unanimously carried, that penalty, interest and costs accumulated and to accumulate to and including Tanuary 31st, 1934, on all ad valorem taxes on real and personal property now delinfruent be waived on condition paid on or before Tanuary 31st, 1934. But if such delinquent taxes are not paid on or before said date all penalty, interest, and costs heretofore accrued shall remain in full force and effect.
