Feb. 2, X932.
At meeting of City Commission, all members being present,it
was moved by Mr. Bacon, seconded by Mr. Benson, unanimously
car-ied, that penalty and interest accumulated and to
accumulate to and including February 29, 1932, on all ad
valorem taxes on real end personal property now delinquent,
be remitted on condition paid -within following time and manner: -
No penalty or interest will be collected on any ad valorem
taxes on real and p-rsonal property now delinquent if paid
during month of February, 1932.
If the ad valorem tares on real 9.nd personal property now
delinquent be paid between March 1, 1932, and December 31,
1932, both dates included, no penalty or interest shall be
collected except 6% intercvt from March lst, 1932, and a
penalty of 1117, per month for each and every month `from and
including March 1st, 1932, to and including December 31st,
1932; that is,
1% penalty if paid during month of March

The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at
1:30 P.M. in Recessed Regular Session, Recessed from Regular
Meeting of January 28, 1932, at the Regular Meeting Place
in the City Hall, the following members thereof being present,

Mayor J.J. Clements, Commissioners Jno. E. Roach, Geo. E. Benson,
D.N. Leaverton, amity Manager W.H. Rodgers, City secretrry J.L.
Holt nd City Engineer M.R. Smith, Jr.
Absent: Commissioner J.F. Bacon.
This meeting ^:qs called for the purpc2p cf receiving bids on
u p•,.ving a part of North Avenue H.
Motion by Lor. Roach, seconded by Lor. Benson, carried unani-
mouu]y, it was agreed to regdvertise for bids on account of
only one bid havinZ been received.
