The undersigned M. B. Weathered, and others, being duly sworn depose and say on their otths: That they reside in McCrummen's Second :.ddition to the City of T•ubbock, Lubbock County, Texas; that said McCrummen's Second Addition covers Crestlawn =addition, namely Blocks Nos. 19, 20, 65, & 60 the north one half of Blocks Nos. 27 and 66; and Blocks ^�'os. 64., 67, 70 '13172,171, and south one half of 27 and 66, all of locks Nos. 28, 359 361 349 379 389 39, & 409-4of McCrummen's Second Addition; and Blocks Nos. , If , J , of I'l. T.McCru.mmen's _ ddit ion, subc_ivision of Mc- Crummen's ddition c- Crummen'sAddition to the City bf Lubbock, in Survey no. 9, Block "B", 4 Bertificate 35, Lubbock County, Texas, as more fully shown by the boundaries of said Addition as appear on the Deed Records of Lubbock County texas, a duly created municipal corporation; that the signers of this affidavit are all qualified to vote for members of the State Legislature of texas; that said territory does not exceed one half mile in width; that at the election duly held in. said Territory the inh.:.bitants thereof unanimously voted in favor of said --cCrummen's second addition becoming a part of the City of Lubbock, Texas. That the signers hereof peititon the Honorable hLayor and City Commission of said City of Lubbock to pass an ordinance to receive and adopt said IvIcCrurmen's Second Addition as a part of the City of Lubbock, to the end that the inhabitants of said McCrummen's Second !addition shall be entitled to all the rights and :privileges of other citizens and bound by the acts and ordinances made in con-formity thereof and passed in pursuance of Title 22 of the Revised Statutes of 'Texas.
