Gentlemen:
In accordance with the proceedings of your Honorable
Body, I hand you herewith estimate showing cost of improve-
ments on portions of Tenth Street and sundry other streets,
designated in the proceedings as Units Nos. 31 to 34
inclusive. Such estimates are attached hereto and show all ma
ters and things required to be shown by the Law and Charter
with amendments in force in the City and by the proceedings
of your Honorable Body. There is separate roll or estimate
for each Unit, all of which are attached.
