ordered and provided for the improvement of portions of sundry streets
and alleys in said amity designated and set forth in the proceedings
relating thereto as Units Nos. 569 659 660 67, 689 699709 719 72, 739

I.
The Engineer of the city be, rind he is hereby directed to prepare
and file !-rith the 'pity estimates sho°--ing cost of improvements in each
such Unit, sho-rin, the description of rroperty abutting upon ez ch sudi
unit, -ith the names of the o�.�Mers of such property and the amounts
pro osen to be assessed against e Bch parcel of property, and showing
other matters and things# it beim; specially provided, however, that
any 'istake in such estimates or in amounts and in the descriptions
of property or names of o hers shall in no ,,vise affect, invalidate or
impair ^ny assessment �,-hich may 'be levied.
II.
Such estimates, rolls and statements shall shove all information
renuired to be sho �.m thereon by the proceedings of the U it;f relating
to such improvements and the Law and Charter with amendments in force
in the City.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage,
