BE IT RMMLMERED: That on this 14th day of January, 1937, at a Regular Meeting of the City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, A quorum being present, it was duly moved by Conmissioner Richardson, and seconded by Cormissioner Price, and unanimously agreed,that the Citizens National Bank of Lubbock, be, and it is hereby authorized to withdraw from the ri rst National 'yank of Fort viorth, Texas, the following described securities deposited by the Citizens National Bank of Lubbock, Texas, with the First National Bank of Fort ',Vorth, `Texas, for the purpose of covering deposits of the said amity, as more fully shown by Ordinance No. 528, passed and approved on the 24th day of January, 1935. 18 - City of Lubbock 5% Funding Bonds, Ser. 1927 12, 000.00 3 - City of Lubbock 5% Sewer Extension Bonds Series A of 1929 32000.00 1 - City of Lubbock 6% Incinerator Plant Warrant, Series 1925 500.00 2. - City of Lubbock 5j� o Street Improvement Bonds Series 1924 21000.00 1 - City of Lubbock 5�-f Nater As Bond, Ser. 1922 11000.00 2 - City of Lubbock 5j -f Electric Light & Power System Bonds, Series 1923 2,000.00 5 - City of Lubbock 5 o Water �Iorks Ext.
