I have made a preliminary estimate on the cost of paving a typical block 20 feet in width and the costs to property owners is as follows: alley paved with 6" Plain concrete the rate per front foot is 42.44; alley paved % ith 2'j Brick in a 4" Voncrete Mase the rate per front foot is 42.76.
