FART.ER AND RAY FARIFER, PARTNERS DOING BUSINES=S UNDER THE FIM NAME OF LUBBOCK BUS COMPANY, AND OPL'RATING IN THE CITY OF LUBEOCK, UNDER FRANCHISE GRANTED BY CITY ORDINANCE NO. 354, TO EXTEND SUCH BUS SERVICE AND PROVIDING FOR THE ADDITION OF NEW STREETS AND CHANGES OF ROUTES AND SC?3EDULES AS PROVIDED FOR UNDER SUCH FRA'.CHISB ORDINANCE. BE IT RE141ET, FRED that on the day of November, 1936, at a regular meeting of the City Commission of the city of Lubbock, '1 eras, upon motion by Commissioner Z L � 4 -Li and seconded by Conuiiissionerh i p , it was carried that the streets as are set out hereinafter be added to the franchise heretofore granted to W. A. Izard by Ordinance fro. 354, which franchise has been duly sold, assigned and trans- ferred to R. E. L. Farmer and Ray Faraer, partners doing business under the firm name of Lubbock Bus Company, such operation, Mch assignment and transfer and such power to do business duly approved by the city ofLub-ock, and permitting a change in routes and schedules as set out hereinafter; and R. E. L. Farmer and Ray r'armer, assignees and owners of such said bus franchise as herein referred to, and operating under the firm name of Lubbock Bus Company, are hereby authorized and are hereby granted the right and privilege to operate a passenger bus service and to carry the baggage of such passengers over the streets and under the routes and schedules as set out below, with full powers to so operate such business on such streets and over such routes and under such schedules, such power and right so granted to the said R. E. L. farmer and Ray Farmer, partners doing business under the firm name of Lubbock Bus Company, to be in addition to the powers and rights vested in the said R. E. L. Far_uer and Ray Farmer, partners doing business under the firm name of Lubbock Bus Company, as set out in the Franchise granted by City Ordinance No. 354, and under the powers of the City Commission as set out in Ordinance No. 313: 112431PA 1.
