PORTIONS OF STREETS, AVENUES AND ALLTYS, AND TO ALL OTHERS
AFFECTED:
.The Governing Body of the City of Lubbock has hereto19efore
ordered that the following portions of streets, avenues and alleys
in swid City of Lubbock, Texas, be improved by raising, grading and
filling and paving and by installing concrete curbs and gutters on
Units Nos. 188, 189, 1909 1919 1929 193, 194, 1952, 196, 1972 198, 199,
2009 201, 202, and otherwise, to -wit:
Avenue 0 from its intersection with the North Property Line
of Fain Street to its intersection with the bouth Property Line of
7th Street, known and designated as Unit or District No. 188.
Avenue N from its intersection Frith the South Property Line
of 16th Street to its intersection with the North Property Line of
17th Street, known and designated as Unit or. District No. 189.
Avenue N from its intersection with the South Property Line
Of 17th Street to its intersection with the North Property Line of
19th Street, known and designated as Unit or District No. 190.
Avenue 0 from its intersection With the Oouth Property Line of
16th Street to its intersection with the North Property Line of
17th Street, knovm and design?ted as Unit or District No. 191.
Avenue 0 from its intersection with the south Property Line
of 17th Street to its intersection with the North Property Lire of
19th Street, known and design -ted as Unit or District No. 192.
Avenue J from its intersection with the South Property Line
of 16th Street to its intersection with the North Property Line of
19th Street, knovan and designated as Unit or District No. 193.
7th Street from its intersection with the `Vest Property Line
of Avenue T to its intersection ��rith the East Property Line of
College Avenue, known and designated as Unit or District Ivo: 194.

and arrangement for the making and construction of such improvements
with pavement of ouadruple course asphalt surface treatment
(Inverted Penetration Type) on a Six (6) Inch Compacted Calicre
Base, has beer.�Made and entered into by the City of Lubbock, T-xas,
and rolls or,tatements showing the proposed amounts to be assessed
against abutting property and the owners thereof have been
filed ,:with the City, such rolls or staternents showing other
matters and things, and have been approved, and the City
Commission of said City has fixed a time and place for he . -,ring to the
o�,mers of property abutting upon said ;portions of streets, avenues
and alleys, and to all others affected, at .which hearing the
amounts to be assessed against the respective parcels of abutting
property and the owners thereof for improvements in the units upon
which the particular parcels of property abut, the amounts of
'oenefits to the respective parcels of property by means of the
improvements in the unit upon which the particular property abuts,
the regularity of the proceedings with reference to such improve-
ments, the apportion.-ent of the cost of such improvements, and
other matters and thin_;s till be deterriined, and after such hear-
ing assessments will by ordinance be made and levied, and such
hearing will be had and held by and before the City Commission
of the City of Lubbock, Texas, in the regulr Commission meeting
room in the City Hall, in the City of Lubbock, Texas, on the
11th day o f- Aug.�,1935, at 1:30 O' Clock P.�. The rolls
or statements shoving the proposed Mounts of such assessments are on
file in the office of the City Secretary, and copies thereof are
in the office of the City Engineer of the City of Lubbock
and open to insi-)ection of any interested parties at any time, and
of all said matters and things all. such owners of property, as
well as any and others in any wise affected or interested, will
take due notice.
