Avenue D from its intersection with the North Property Line of 13th �3treet north 140 feet, known and designated as knit or District leo. 295, and arrangement for the making and construction of such improvements with pavement of quadruple course asphalt surface treatment (Inverted Penetration 'Type) on a Six (6) inch compacted caliche base has been made and entered into by the City of Lubbock, Texas, and rolls or statements showing the proposed amounts to be assessed against abutting propertyd the owners thereof have been filed with the City, such rolls o�statements showing other matters and things, and have been approved, and the City Commission of said City has fixed a time and place for hearing to the oviners of property abutting upon said portions of streets, avenues and alleys, and to all others affected, at which hear* the amounts to be assessed against the respective parcels of /p 4 5-nd the owners thereof for improvements in the units upon which the particular parcels of property abut, the amounts of benefits to the respective parcels of property by means of the improve- ments in the unit upon which the particular property abuts, the regular- ity of the proceedings with reference to such improvements, the apport- ionment of the cost of such improvements, and other 'ratters and things will be determined, and after such hearing assessments will by ordinance be made and levied, and such hearing will be had and held by and before the City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, in the regular Commission meeting room in the City Hall, in the City of Lubbock, Texas, on the Z Say of Jury .yZ93T. at l : 30 Y.tlb ►clock.
