COUNTY OF LUBBOCK
In consideration of the sum of X25.86, to it in hand
paid by Ross Mc`vvhorter, the City of Lubbock, a municipal corporation,
acting by and through its mayor hereunto duly authorized, does
hereby assign and transfer to the said Ross tvic4horter the account
against Delicia Lewis Smith of the City of Lubbock and State of
Texas, of which the annexed statement is evidence, together with
all its right, title and interest in and to the same and full
authority to collect and receive therefor. The City of Lubbock
guarantees to the said Ross McWhorter that said account is just
and due and that it has not received payment of the same and that
all just off sets and credits to which said account is entitled
have been credited thereon and that the unpaid balance of yW25.86,
nor any part thereof,
has
not
been
paid.
