A copy of the plans, specifications and other Contractual Documents will be on file in the office of the City Mlanager at the City -'-Hall. A set of such Documents may be obtained from '.1.H. Rodgers, City Manager, City Hall, Lubbock, Texas, upon deposit of Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars. This deposit will be refunded to each actual bidder upon the return of such documents in good condition. The character and amount of security to be furnished by each bidder are stated in the above mentioned documents. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
