RESOLITPION
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable to immediately employ architec
in connection with the plans, construction and erection of a new administration
building for the Lubbock Municipal Airport, and 0. R. Walker and James Atcheson,
dba oialker & Atcheson, Architects, Lubbock, Texas, have made a proposal substan-
tially acceptable to the governing body of the City of .Lubbock, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COh1MISSIJY OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
That the Mayor BE and he is hereby auhtorized to execute the attached agreement
marked Exhibit "A" for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock.
Passed by unanimous vote of the Commission this 28th day of February ,
1946.
