WHEREAS, Tradewind Airport Corporation and Lubbock Aircraft Sales, Lessees,
in accordance with Paragraph 13 of contract between Lessees and City of Lubbock,
Lessor, have exercised the option extending the provisions of said contract six
(6) months following January 1, 1948, THEFEFORE,
BE IT hESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT, the provisions of said contract entered into between the City as Lessor
and Tradewind Airport Corporation and Lubbock Aircraft Sales, Lessees, dated July
1, 19471 by reason of the exercise of said option stated in Paragraph 13, is
hereby extended to and including June 30, 1948•
A copy of this resolution shall be attached to the contract and one copy for-
warded to the Lessees.
Passed and approved the 22nd day of December, 1947, by unanimous vote of the
City Commission.
