RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROM-WTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS, AND/OR AVIIv'UES,
LISTED BELtJ, AND ORDERING THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF ASSESS -
TS LEVIED.
WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock heretofore passed various street improvement
ordinances and resolutions., and entered into contract with the property owners for
the making and construction of street improvements on portions of numerous streets,
and/or avenues in said City, including among others the followings
27th Street from its intersection with the West Property Line of Jackson Avenue to
its intersection with the East Property Line of Van Buren Avenue, known and desig-
nated as Unit Number 705.

�l intersection with the East Property Line of Avenue L, known and designated as Unit

k Avenue U from its intersection with the South Property Line of 4th Street to its
intersection with the North Property Line of 5th Street, known and designated as-

Avenue U from its intersection with the South Property Line of 5th Street to its

Unit Number 741.
33rd Street from its intersection with the West Property Line of Adams Avenue to
its intersection with the East Property Line of Jefferson Avenue, known and desig-
nated as Unit Number 755.
33rd Street from its intersection with the East Property Line of Jefferson Avenue
to its intersection with the East Property Line Monroe Avenue, known and designated
as Unit Nunber 759,
31st Street from its intersection with the West Property Line of Avenue L to its
intersection with the East Property Line of Avenue N, known and designated as Unit
Number 760.
31st Street from its intersection with the West Property Line of Avenue N to its
intersection with the East Property Line of Avenue P. known and designated as Unit
Number 761.
33rd Street from its intersection with the West Property Line of Avenue L to its
intersection with the East Property Line of Avenue N, known and designated as Unit
Number 765.
33rd Street from its intersection with the West ,Property Line of Avenue N to its;
intersection with the East Property Line of Avenue P, known and designated as Unit

intersection with the South Property Line of 23rd Street East, known and desig-
nated as Unit Number 81.3.,

intersection with the North Property Line of 26th Street, known and designated as
Unit Number 814.
Tyler Avenue from its.intersection with the South Property Line of 26th Street to
its intersection with the North Property Line of 28th Street, known and designated
as Unit Number 815,
Tyler Avenue from its intersection with the South Property Line of 28th Street to
its intersection with the North Property Line of 29th Street, known and designated
as Unit Number 816.
Tyler Avenue from its intersection with 'the South Property Line of 29th Street to
its intersection with the North Property Line of 33rd Street, known and designated
as Unit Number 817.
Fillmore Avenue from its intersection with the North Property Line of 28th Street to
its intersection with the North Property Line of 29th Street, known and designate&
as Unit Number 826.
Fillmore Avenue from its'intersection with the South Property Line of 29th Street to
its intersection with the South Property Line 30th Street, known and designated as
Unit Number 827.
AND WHEMS, the improvements upon the said portion of the above mentioned'
streets and/or avenues have been completed -and have been inspected and found to
have been constructed in accordance with the terms of said contract.
THE MORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS:
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the above mentioned streets and/or
avenues be and the same is hereby accepted.
II.
That the Mayor and City Secretary be and they are hereby instructed to execute
and deliver certificates in evidence of the assessments levied against the parcels
of property abutting.upon the said portions of the streets and/or avenues as listed
above, and against the owners of such property in accordance with law and in the
manner provided in said contract, and the proceedings with reference to said im—
provements and assessments.
This resolution shall take effect
