RESOLUTION ACCEPTING I1,IPROVE4ENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS, AND/OR AVENUES,
AS LISTED BELOWMTD 01-ZlER.ING THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES IN YV-IDIl10E OF AS-
SES&MITS LEVIED.
WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock heretofore passed various street improvement
ordinances and resolutions, and entered into contract with the property owners for
the malting and construction of street improvements on portions of numerous streets,
and/or avenues in said City, including among others the following:
Avenue V from its intersection with the South Property Line of 31st Street to its
intersection with the North Property Line of 32nd Street, known and designated
as Unit No. 602.
Avenue V from its intersection with the South Property Line of 30th Street to itat
C intersection with the North Property Line of 31st Street, known and designated as
Unit No. 617.
,Ir; Monroe avenue from its intersection with the South Property Line of 28th Street to
its intersection with the North Property Line of 29th Street, known and designated
as Unit No. 681.
'. 30th Street from its intersection with the West Property Line of Monroe Avenue to
its intersection with the West Property Line of Jackson Avenue, known and designated
as Unit No. 683.
30th Street from its intersection with the West Property Line of Jackson Avenue to
its intersection with the West Property Lineof Van Buren Avenue, known and desig-
nated as Unit No. 684.
Jackson Avenue from its intersection with the South Property Line of 26th Street to
its intersection with the North Property Line of 28th Street, known and designated
as Unit No. 707.
32nd Street from its intersection with the West Property Line of Avenue P to its
intersection with the East Property Line of Avenue Q, known and designated as Unit
o. 713.
1st Street from its intersection with the West Property Line of Adams Avenue to

to its intersection with the West Property Line of Tyler Avenue, knwn and desig—
nated as Unit No. 765.
26th Street from its intersection with the West Property Line of Polk Avenue to
its intersection with the West Property Line of TAer Avenue,known,and designated
as Unit No. 790.
AND WHEREAS, the improvements upon the said portion of the above mentioned
streets and/or avenues have been completed and have been inspected and found to
have been constructed in accordance with the terms of said contract,
THERZFORE., BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS:
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the above mentioned streets and/or
avenues be and the same is hereby accepted.
II.
That the Mayor and City Secretary be and they are hereby instructed to execute
and deliver certificates in evidence of the assessments levied against the parcels
of property abutting upon the said portions of the streets and/or avenues, x listed
above, and against the owners of such property in accordance with law and in the
manner provided in said contract, and the proceedings with reference to said im—
provements and assessments.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
