RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C OMMIS S ION OF THE CITY OF LUBB OCK, TE CAS :
THAT Magor W. H. Rodgers be and he is hereby authorized and directed
to execute Correction to the Instrument of Transfer on the Lubbock
Municipal Airport dated May 16, 1949.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT the City of Lubbock will be bound by the terms, reservations,
restrictions and conditions imposed by the aforesaid Correction to
Instrument of Transfer.
On motion of Commissioner Hufstedler, seconded by Commissioner Price
the foregoing Resolution was.unariimously passed by an affirmative vote
of the City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, this 31st day
of May, 1949.
