HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 021049B - Estabilsh Rental Rates For Buildings & Facilities - Lubbock Municipal Airport - 02/10/1949f" I1 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City Commission of the City of Lubbock to establish and approve minimum rentals for buildings and facilities at the Lubbock Municipal Airport owned by the City of Lubbock, and to establish insurance coverages to be required of pro- posed lessees at said airport. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK$ TEXAS: That thefollowing minimum rentals for airport properties at the Lubbock Municipal Airport are hereby approved: 1. Hangars on the east side of the Lubbock Municipal Airport at the rate of V per square foot per month. 2. Temporary buildings on the east side of the Lubbock Municipal Airport at the rate of 1/2� per square foot per month. 3. Warehouse buildings on the east side of Lubbock Municipal Airport at the rate of l¢ per square foot per month. 4. Hangars on the west side of the Lubbock Municipal Airport at the rate of l per square foot per month,, - In addition to the rental rates provided above, lessees at said Lubbock Municipal Airport will be required to provide $50,000/ $1000000 public liability insurance and $500000 property damage insurance, together with fire, windstorm and general coverage insur- ance of the value to be determined by the Airport Board and/or Airport Manager based upon the value of the building to be leased. All such insurance shall have loss payable clauses payable to the lessee and/or the City of Lubbock, as their interests may appear, AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
