Civil Service COMMU cion in their meeting held October B. 1931., be hereby in all thing's adopted by the City Cormission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, and amide a ,pert of the Lubbock Civil Service rules and reSdations ft`�:X51C EMBIT 100361C RESOLUTION1400*1 (Adopted by Unanimous vote at a regular meeting of the Lubbock Civil; ) (Service Commission, held October 3, 1951, upon motion by Commissioner) (Watkins.. seconded by Commissioner Justice. ) W11EHEAS, under a resolution adopted April 26, 1951, and recorded in Minute Book_, Vol. 10, Page 80, City Commission, City, of Lubbock, a clothing allowance of 015.00 per month was authorized for members of the Detective Division, Lubbock Police Department, and l7UMEAS, it is desirable that other classified employees of the department perform their duties in plain clothes under certain con— ditions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND by the Lubbock Civil Service Commission that said resolution by the Lubbock City Commission be amended to extend and authorize said $15.00 per month clothing allowance for eu.ch other classified employees of the department who may be designated by the head of the department to perform their official duties in plain clothes; and That an official copy of this resolution be transmitted, through the City Manager, to the City Commission of the City of Lubbock, with the recommendation that same be duly and properly ratified.
