Z 2 " RESOLUTION RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEM US ON PORTIONS OF STREETS, AND/OR AVENUES AS LISTED BELOW. WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of replat of Lots 25, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 and part of 37 and 44 of Bobalet Heights, made arrangements for the construction of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of a portion of replat lots 25, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 and part of 37 and 44 Bobalet Heights, including the following streets and/or avenues: 22nd Street from its intersection with the East Property Line of Vicksburg Avenue to its intersection with the East Property Line of Bobalet Heights, known and designated as New Subdivision, Unit Number 48. Vicksburg Avenue from its intersection with the South Property Line of alley between 21st Street and 22nd Street to its intersection with the North Property Line of 24th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision, Unit Number 49. AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above— mentioned street was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have been constructed in .accordance with city specifications and in accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS I. That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned street be, and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and is hereby authorized to direct payment of the City's portion. II. This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. Street (60-%) Hate per foot i total torcpo owner cost 477Z.86 ® $ 4.5M1945 total property R CITY OF LUBBOCK 07225�,j TEXAS July 22, 1954 Honorable Mayor and City Commission Lubbock, Texas Gentlemen: T have examined the paving improvements constructed by Kerr and Middleton under their contract with the Subdivider of Resubdivision of Bobalet Heights in accordance with Ordinance No. 1331 and find that the improvements on the street designated as New Subdivision Units No. 48 and /+9, as listed on the attached final estimate sheet, to have been completed in accordance with plans and specifications on said street, and recommend the payment to the contractor the amount shown on the attached consolidated final estimate sheet as being due hint from the City of Lubbock.
